Virtual therapy · Massachusetts & New York
You don’t have to keep figuring it all out on your own.
Therapy for thoughtful, capable adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we’ll make sense of it all and move towards real change in your life with care that is warm, practical, and culturally attuned.
About
I’m Janet, a Korean American therapist. I work with adults who are thoughtful, capable, and often used to figuring things out on their own but who may be feeling stuck or whose struggles just don’t feel like they’re getting better.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I want you to feel understood, while also leaving sessions with a clearer understanding of yourself and what you can do differently.
I work with adults from all backgrounds but have particular experience working with Asian Americans. If faith is important to you, I can incorporate Christian faith into our work together.
*All sessions are virtual via a secure telehealth platform.
